This residential modular project was completed in mid 2013. Located in Claremont, this prefabricated house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open plan living, dining, kitchen area, media room, balcony, bathroom / ensuite courtyard, outdoor living overlooking pool, laundry and 2-car carport with storeroom. This prefabricated home has been designed for a young family and was built to lock up stage in approximately 3 months and craned onto site over two days. This home was the winner of the Building Designers Association of Western Australia Design Excellence Award for 2014 and is the first prefab project to do so in WA.
This project was featured on Seven News on Monday 4th August 2014 and on Today Tonight on Monday 25th 2014.
